- Peel,core chop apple, pear, plum small size.Then chop berries. Place the chopped fruits aside for making raita.I am used store bought strawberry flavour raita. If you want any flavour you can grind the fruit of your choice along with the curd.
- In a bowl, take yogurt (dahi or curd). Best is to use fresh curd and make sure it is not sour tasting.
- Whisk the yogurt with the help of a wired whisk or spoon. Stir and mix very well. Finally add chopped fruits mix it. You can garnish the raita with chopped nuts.
