Ingredients

  • 200 Gms Curd
  • Sugar / Honey as per taste
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • Ice as required
  • Kewra Essence (Optional)
  • Water Milk As required

Instructions

  • Take a blender and curd and sugar, Blend Well.
  • Tear the mint leaves and add up to the lassi.
  • Adjust consistency with water/milk and add lots of ice or as per preference.
  • Give a final Blend and Serve Chilled.

Notes/Tips

You can also make it savory by skipping sugar with black salt and jeera powder.
