- Clean and wash coriander and mint leaves separately.Drain water completely. Grind to a smooth paste alongwith 1 tbsp yogurt, pinch of sugar,chaat masala,garlic cloves,lemon juice and 1 small deseeded green chilli.
- Whisk yogurt until completely smooth. Add the ground paste,roasted and ground cumin powder,salt to taste and mix till well blended.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and pinch of red chilli powder. Garnish with mint leaves and serve as a side with paneer or chicken tikka,kababs,veg or non veg biryani or pulao,samosas or stuffed parathas.
