- In a mixing bowl add besan,milk powder and oil whisk it well and keep it aside.
- In a thick kadai add sugar and pour water
- Boil this until get a string consistency of sugar syrup.Now add the Milk powder mixture to this.
- Mix this well and pour ghee and condensed milk.Stir this consistency until the ghee separates the kadai.
- Grease a plate or any kind of mould (I took a Rose shaped silicon mould) Pour this mixture into the plate or mould.Let this cool and one done cut it into square shape and serve.
- Garnish with rose petals
