  • Red chilli powder
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Capsicum
  • Rice
  • Coriander powder
  • Oil
  • Ketchup
  • Green chillies
  • Pav bhaji masala

Instructions

  • Cook the rice .take it when it is slightly uncooked. Cut all the vegetabes. Boil potatos separately in the microwave for 8 minutes. Mash potatos and keep aside. Take the chopped vegetables and stir fry in oil and cover with lid for 7-8 minutes. Add salt ,chilli powder and dhania powder to the vegetables and add the cooked rice .mix well without breakin the rice. Take out the rice in a baking dish . Now take the mashed potatos and add to it- salt, mirchi, pav bhaji masala and 2 tablespoon of ketchup.mix well. Top these potatos as a layer o top of the rice .Add cheese and bake til golden brown in colour. Serve hot.
