Ingredients

  • 250 gm wheat flour
  • 1 bunch methi leaves,washed cleaned and chopped
  • 1 tsp green chilli garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seed
  • as needed Oil
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • as per required Water to knead the dough

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl add wheat flour and add all masalas,oil,salt and mix it properly and knead a dough by adding water as needed and make a soft dough.
  • Take a small portion of dough and make a ball and press it with palm and roll it in circle with rolling pan
  • Heat a pan and add paratha and roast it on one side on low flame and then flip it on other side and apply oil on the other side and roast it on a low flame till golden brown and then flip again and roast it again by applying oil when it is roasted from both side remove from pan. Prepare all paratha from dough in same process
  • Serve paratha with hot cup of tea or curd or pickle and enjoy
