Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jowar flour
  • 1/2 besan
  • 1 tsp green chilli ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped methi leaves
  • 1 tsp sesame seed
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp jaggery powder
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp curd

Instructions

  • Mix all the flour add all masala, methi,curd,oil and knead a dough,add water only if needed to knead, not too soft or not too hard. Give a shape of your choice and deep fry it.Enjoy your muthiya with garam chai.
