- Grate coconut, dry roast it. Cool it. Grind it. Take ghee in a kadai, heat it and roast the ediblegum. It will get big in size. Cool it and grind it.
- Grind methi to fine powder. Grind the dry fruits and cardamom. Now in the same kadai add little more ghee, add wheat flour and roast till done/brown.
- Switch the flame off. Bring the kadai off the gas. And add edible gum, methi powder, saunth powder, dry fruits and coconut powder. Mix well.
- Now in an another kadai heat ghee and add jaggery. Cook on slow gas. Allow the jaggery to melt completely. Then transfer the jaggery to the wheat mixture and mix well.
- Grease a thali, spread the mixture evenly. Cool it. Cut it in desired shape. Store it in an airtight container and have it everyday.
