Ingredients

  • 1 bunch methi (fenugreek)leaves
  • 4 onions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp hing/asafoetida
  • 2 tsp dhaniya jeera (coriander cumin)powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Chop the methi leaves. Chop the potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste. Saute for a minute. Then add chopped onions. Then add the spices.
  • Cover and cook until done. When ready serve with roti, parantha.
