- In a mixer jar add breadcrumbs, add milk powder, add sugar, add cream (malai), add milk, add dryfruits,add essence.now grind it for 5 min. Ice cream batter is ready.
- Take a paper cups and kullad pour into the ice-cream batter and cover with foil.
- Now freeze them for 5 hours and take out after 5 hours. Now matka kulfi is ready.Garnish with dryfruits.
