  • 2 kulche ready made
  • 250 gram boiled matar
  • To taste salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder ,1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 3-4 green chilli chopped, 2 onion chopped
  • As needed coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • For kulcha- it's ready made so when we serve we have to roast it with butter and serve it.
  • Now boil matra.and take a big bowl add first matra chopped onion green chilli red chilli salt imli water amchur.mix it well.garnish with coriander leaves now ready to eat...matra kulcha.
