Instructions

  • For the sauce heat a pan and add oil and butter, add cumin, chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute and add chopped onions. cook onions for 2-3mins and then add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and give a quick stir. Drop in the tomatoes along with salt and cook for another 2-3 mins. Pour tomato Ketchup, kasoori methi and chopped capsicum. Toss them together and keep aside. Now separately boil water and add generous amount of salt till the water is quite salty. In boiling water add dried pasta and give it a stir. Once it is boiled and cooked strain the pasta and keep the pasta water. Heat the sauce and add the pasta, sprinkle some salt and add a dash of pasta water. Toss the pasta, lift and drop the pasta in the pan. Cook for 3mins and turn off the heat. Add chopped coriander, mozarella cheese cubes and serve it hot.
