Ingredients

  • 2 katori boiled Rajma
  • 2 medium onion paste
  • 10-12 garlic cloves paste
  • 3 tomatoes puree
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • as per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai put cumin seeds and cloves in it when splutter add garlic,onion paste.
  • Stir while adding little water cook on low flame till paste turns brown or leaves oil.Then add tomato puree mix well.
  • Put red chilli,turmeric powder and salt stir well n cook on low flame till raw smell of tomatoes cooked properly.Then add boiled Rajma.
  • Mix well cook till rajma absorbs masala in it then off the flame.No need to add extra water.Transfer in a serving dish, sprinkle garam masala powder and serve with parantha or Naan.

Notes/Tips

Rice is the best option for rajma
