- Heat milk, allow it to boil, add the spices, salt and coriander leaves. Add citric acid and allow it to curdle till it separates and you get the whey.
- Strain the water in a muslin cloth and let the water drain off completely. Paneer is ready to set for couple of hours.
- Now cut it in squares or any shape you like. On the tawa roast on both sides till golden and crispy.
