Masala Paneer

Ingredients

  • 1 ltr milk (full fat milk)
  • 1 tsp cheesy garlic
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp citric acid dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Heat milk, allow it to boil, add the spices, salt and coriander leaves. Add citric acid and allow it to curdle till it separates and you get the whey.
  • Strain the water in a muslin cloth and let the water drain off completely. Paneer is ready to set for couple of hours.
  • Now cut it in squares or any shape you like. On the tawa roast on both sides till golden and crispy.
