Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, Alphonso or any sweet variety
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • as needed Sugar
  • as required Pistachio & Almonds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender jar take peeled add chopped mangoes along with milk, 1 tbsp sugar, ice cream and blend to a smooth consistency.
  • Check for thickness and add more milk if shake is too thick and blend again. Check for sweetness and adjust sugar and blend well.
  • Pour Mango milkshake into serving glass. Garnish with chopped pistachio and almonds.
  • Mango Milkshake is ready to be served chilled.

Notes/Tips

Keep this in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
