  • 1/2 cup mango cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 5 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Blend together mangoes, milk and 1/4 teaspoon Poppy seeds.
  • Serve in glasses and Garnish with remaining Poppy seeds
