Summer has arrived and so has the king of fruits! Mango Mousse, this mango based eggless dessert is extremely easy to make at home within 20 minutes and requires only 3 ingredients – mango pulp, heavy whipping cream and condensed milk. It has a creamy yet little firm texture as this recipe doesn’t use gelatine as the setting agent. This mousse recipe uses fresh mango pulp. You can make this few hours ago or a day earlier if you want to serve it as the party dessert.

  • Mango pulp
  • Whipping cream
  • Condensed milk
  • Mango slices

Instructions

  • We need mango pulp, whipping cream and condensed milk. Start by pouring the whipping cream inside the bowl and whip with the hand blender until it creates soft peaks
  • Add the mango pulp inside the whipped cream and whip it well. Then add the condensed milk and mix well. Then let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours
  • And yay it’s finally done! Add some mango slices on top and then serve it!

Notes/Tips

It’s better to let the mousse sit in the fridge for at least 3 hrs as it gets a little bulkier. Also note that you shouldn’t add a lot of condensed milk or it gets too sweet.
