- Firstly add 1 Tsp ghee in pan then add mango puree(sugar added) let it cook till one boil
- Add 2tsp corn flour in half cup milk and make watery slurry.
- Keep low flame while adding slurry in boiling mango puree,whisk until start to little thicken,it should be medium consistency and colour should little transparent it means it's ready for further process
- Add grated nuts in it and stir continuously For 1minute and switch off the flame and add lemon drops (it give souvry taste)
- Now apply ghee on small steel air tight container bowl and pour all thicken Mango puree in it
- Now keep in refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
- Once its set ,it will separate from bowl.
- Now time to serve with vanilla ice cream and sabja(basil seeds)
- Enjoy this mango sweet and savoury messy pudding in this hot summer.
