  • 12 nos. Regular toast
  • 1 glass mango juice
  • 1.5 liters vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup tutti fruiti
  • 1 cup mango pieces

Instructions

  • First of all cut mango in pieces and set aside some pieces. Add sugar and water to all the other mango and make juice.
  • Then keep the ice cream at room temperature.
  • Now apply butter in the cake tin. Now layer the toast evenly and spread the mango juice on top. Layer the ice cream on it and add mango pieces.
  • Then layer the toast over it, add mango juice. Make 3 layers like this. Keep it in the freezer for 10 hours.
  • Now take it out and decorate it with the help of tutti fruity and mango pieces.
  • So the mango toast ice cream cake is ready. Cut it after ice cream comes to normal room temperature. ENJOYYY IT COLD.!!!
