A common yet delicious summer sweet recipe with mango

Ingredients

  • 500 gms curd (hung curd)
  • 2 mangoes pulp (if big then take 1 only)
  • 1/4 cup sugar/sugar powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp saffron milk
  • 2 tbsp dry fruits finely chopped
  • Few scoops of mangoes

Instructions

  • Make curd, In a muslin cloth Take the curd and allow the water to drain off completely. Keep it for 6-8 hrs.
  • Now in the hung curd, add the mango pulp, sugar, cardamom powder.
  • Mix well. Add chopped dry fruits. Mix again. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.
  • Serve it with scooped mangoes pieces.
