Ingredients

  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • leaves Few coriander
  • leaves Few mint
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Boondi
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Pappad for decoration and garnishing

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl and in it add the mangoes, peeled and cut into small cubes. To it add pomegranate.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves. To it add boondi and roasted peanuts
  • Now add salt to taste and lemon juice and mix well with light hands
  • You can serve it in a glass / bowl / or make a pappad cone and serve.
