There are many variants of pudding. As mango is a summer special fruit, I have prepared mango pudding with it.

Mango Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 big ripe mango pulp
  • 1 small ripe mango diced
  • Sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour(mix with 1/2cup milk)

Instructions

  • Heat a heavy bottom pan. Pour the milk. Boil & simmer till it reaches around 400-350 ml.
  • Now add the sugar. Stir till it dissolves completely. Now add the mango pulp, milk powder and cornflour mixed milk. Stir continuously for another 2-3mibs. Turn off the flame.
  • Pour in the serving bowls. Refrigerate for 30 mins atleast. Serve chilled with diced ripe mango on top.
