- Peel the mangoes and chopped them. Blend them into a puree. Set aside.
- In a sauce pan add the water, black tea, sugar and bring to boil.
- Once it comes to a boil and once the sugar is dissolved completely take off the heat and strain it in a bowl or jar.
- Let it cool down completely. You can keep it in the refrigerator to cool down faster.
- Add lemon juice, stir and keep in the refrigerator until chilled.
- Once chilled add the mango puree, stir and mix well.
- Pour the mango tea mixture in individual glass and add ice cubes, garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices and serve chilled.
