Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup milkmaid
  • 3/4 khoya
  • 1 cup mawa
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp ghee for greasing

Instructions

  • Heat butter, add mango pulp. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add the milkmaid and mix well.
  • Now add the khoya. Mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix again. Keep stirring continuously. When done grease a tin or plate with ghee. Spread the fudge and garnish it with chopped almonds.
  • Keep it aside and allow the fudge to cool. Serve it.

Serve cool with beautiful garnishing
