- Heat butter, add mango pulp. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add the milkmaid and mix well.
- Now add the khoya. Mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix again. Keep stirring continuously. When done grease a tin or plate with ghee. Spread the fudge and garnish it with chopped almonds.
- Keep it aside and allow the fudge to cool. Serve it.
