Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
  • 1 cup mango purée
  • as required few mango pieces

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine milk, maple syrup and chia seeds. Whisk well.
  • In a glass jar, add some mango puree. And then add some milk chia seeds mixture. And repeat same process for 3 times.
  • Rest it over night in the fridge until it becomes thick. Serve with mango pieces and mint leaves.
