- 1-Take Almunium tin or ring mould for making mango Cassata. 2-Ist layer:cut cake slices into small pieces & place on the tin. 3-llnd layer:Take whipped cream & add mango essence.Put whipped cream on it . 4-IIIrd layer: Put mango pulp.Spread cocktail fruits & press gently. 5-IV layer:Put whipped cream . 6- Spread some cocktail fruits. 7- freeze for 7 hours
