Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1/2Cup, Tapioca (cooked)
  • 1/2cup Condensed milk
  • 1cup Mango(chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Berries(chopped)
  • 1tbsp Sabja seed (soaked as water)

Instructions

  • Take a big pot of water to a rolling boil. I don’t bother to measure how many cups of water.I just make sure it’s enough to fully cover the Sago or tapioca.
  • Add the sago slowly and allow to simmer for 10 mins.stir occasionally so the sago don’t stick to one another.
  • Switch off the stove and cover the pot.wait another minutes before draining the water and catching the sago in a mesh sieve. Rinse the sago in cold water for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl combine boiled milk, condensed milk, mango puree from 1/2cup mango.stir until fully occasionally. Then add all the chopped fruits,Tapioca, and sabja seed mix well. That’s it chill and serve cold.

Notes/Tips

You can have it after your main meal as a dessert
