- Assemble all ingredients, make paste of onion + green chilli and keep aside.
- Make slits on eggs, marinade with salt + turmeric and keep rest for 10 - 15 minutes, then fry till golden brown and keep aside.
- In moderate heated pan add oil / butter, then add onion paste + 3 - 4 tbsp water and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes till rawness goes off under medium flame.
- Now lower flame and add milk and give a nice boil for 2-3 times but keep stirring as milk tends to burn quickly.
- Now add pepper powder + garam masala + salt, mix well and stir for 2 minutes.
- Now add boiled eggs, mix well and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add cream / Malai, sugar, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. Add whole green chilli and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Dish is ready to serve.
