Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 drops vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar (as required)
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • as needed Pistachios powder for garnishing
  • as per need Almonds for garnishing

Instructions

  • In a heavy bottom pan, add milk, corn flour and sugar. Mix well. Turn on the gas, add cream. Bring all of it to a boil. And allow it to thicken.
  • Add vanilla essence, turn off the gas. Allow it to cool. Now remove it in any glass of your choice. Refrigerate it for couple of hours.
  • Now to make the top layer, take orange juice, add corn flour and sugar. Mix well till sugar melts. Turn on the gas, allow it to thicken.
  • Then spread the top layer over the bottom layer which you have already set it in the fridge.
  • Garnish it with few almonds and pistachios powder

Serve chilled
