- boil water in a wok add maggi and cook for 2 minute strain maggi in a strainer and rinse it with normal water. drain water. melt butter in another pan add all purpose flour sauté for a minute or two add milk slowly with continuous whisking on low flame to prevent formation of lumps mixture will start to thicken add salt, oregano, chili flakes, dried basil leaves and maggi masala. mix well bring mixture to boil. add boiled maggi mix and serve hot.
