- Heat a pan with oil. Saute onion till brownish. Add the chopped vegetables, boiled beetroot pieces, and fresh green chilies. Add salt. Mix well. Cover and cook the veggies till softened.
- When veggies are cooked, add the beet water. Put the Maggi masala. Let the water come to a boil. Add the Maggi blocks then. Cook till done. Keep consistency as per your preference.
- Hot super tasty Maggi noodles are ready to serve.
