- 1. To the blender jar add milk, ice cubes, Biscoff spread and 4 scoops of ice cream.
- 2. Blend till smooth.
- 3. Warm some extra Biscoff spread in the microwave till it melts.
- 4. Drizzle this melted spread on the inner side of the glasses.
- 5. With a butter knife, take the regular (not melted) spread and put it all round the top outer edges of the glasses.
- 6. Crush some Biscoff cookies and press them to the top edges.
- 7. Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each glass. Pour the milkshake. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread. Add insert half a cookie on top.
- 8. Serve cold and enjoy!
