- Boil milk.Add Sugar.Dilute Gms powder and Cornflour in a 1/4Cup normal temp. milk.and add in a boiled milk. Stir Cont. For 7-8min.on slow flame. Take last one min.on high flame.Turn off glame and stir for 1-2min. Allow it to cool completely on a room temp.
- Transfer in air tight container.And keep in a freezer for7-8hrs. For StrawberryPulp.:- Wash and chopp fresh strawberry.Take in a pan Add ghee and 1-2tbsp.Sugar. saute till looks soft.Turn off flame Strawberry pulp is ready. Allow it to cool.
- Take a base ice-cream from freezer.Cut and beat with electric beater.Adding milk powder.for 6-7min. Divide in a 2 parts. Grate lemon skin and add lemon zest in a one part. Squeeze lemon 🍋 1tsp. And beat with electric beater for 1 Min.
- Take Strawberry pulp in second pard and mix it well.Beat for 1min. Now Take Strawberry mixture in air tight container and keep in a freezer for 1/2hr.
- Spread lemon mixture on it and again keep in a freezer for 10-12hrs. Yummy tasty Ice-cream is ready to serve. Serve with strawberry sticks.
