- Marinate the chicken pieces with curd,salt,pepper,Ginger& garlic paste, 1/2lemon juice & leave it for 30mins.
- Heat oil & butter. Saute the cinnamon stick, peppercorns & bay leaf. Now shallow fry the chicken pieces.
- Add the remaining marinated mixture. Wash the bowl & add the water little. Mix well & cook it until the chicken becomes tender.
- Once again add salt,pepper, lemon juice as required. Add the splited green chillies.
- Make a thin slurry of cornflour with water. Add to the chicken. Mix properly. Sprinkle chopped parsley. Serve hot with rice or paratha.
