Butter 1/4 cup
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Biscuits one pack
Honey few spoon
Powder sugar 2-3 spoon
Cookies crust

Instructions

In the blender add the biscuit of choice blend in fine powder. Add little ghee make a small ball out of it set aside
Mix butter powder sugar lemon zest with hand blender for puffy structure of cream.
On a plate take the cookies crust to keep the ball of biscuit & do the piping of buttercream as desired shape garnish with some honey. Enjoy buttercup.
