  • 4 leftover rotis
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp red garlic chutney
  • 1 Sliced cucumber and tomatoes
  • as per taste, Mixed hetbs

Instructions

  • Take manyoise in a bowl and mix it with garlic chutney
  • Spread this garlic mayonise on each rotis.place cucumber and tomato slices on it.sprinkle mixed herbs and cover it with another roti
  • Take a grill pan.spread little butter and roast this roti sandwitch on both sides on medium flame
  • Yummy grilled roti sandwitch is ready. Cut into 4 triangles and serve it hot.
