- Take a mixing bowl and add grated lauki, chaat masala,some salt, Chilli flakes and mix well.make a soft dough without water. Now deep fry the dumplings of this mixture into hot oil on low-medium flame.Take out the dumplings and keep a side Now add 1/4 cup of oil into a kadhai and Crushed Whole spices, garam masala, Chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste & green chillies,saute for 3-4 minutes on low-medium flame. Now add all the spices and few drops of water and stir for 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree and stir for 2 minutes. Now add yogurt and stir for 3-4 minutes on low-high flame...... Add some water and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Now add the dumplings and simmer for 2 minutes on low flame and add Fenugreek leaves & Coriander leaves. Serve this lauki kofta chilli hot.
