  • 500 grams Wheat Atta
  • 1 tbs Hari mirch
  • 1 inch Adark
  • 1 tbs Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • pinch Haldi
  • pinch Hing
  • 1 tsp Til
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • as requried Kadhi patta and dry red mirchi for tad
  • 1 tbsp curd

Instructions

  • Clean n wash lucky remove skin and grate it in a bowl add oil green masala salt haldi mix very well add curd and mix it.
  • Add atta as require depend on lucky if lucky is juicy atta should be mote apply now make soft daugh transfer to the steamer for steam for 15 to 20 mini
  • Open lid cool it it in round shape. Take a bowl add oil add mustard seed kadhi patta dry red Mirchi til for tadka add hing and mukhiya pis star them cook for 5 mins on slow flame then add coriander for garnish transfer to plate serve with curd and tomato sauce.
