- Firstly clean d lauki n peel d skin n chopped into the small pieces, n keep aside take all the above ingredients together, heat d kadhai pour oil.
- If oil is hot add mustard n cumin seeds n saute for a minute add chopped onion n curry leaves n fry till d onion color changes after that add ginger garlic paste,
- Mix it well add chopped tomatoes mix it nicely n cook till d tomatoes are soft now add dry masalas turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala.
- N mix after that add chopped lauki into it n again mix it properly sprinkle some Coriander leaves n cover d lid to add water on the top of the lid.
- And cook 15 to 20 minutes after 20 minutes open d lid n mix it again add Coriander leaves now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy lauki ki sabji is ready to serve hot in a serving dish n enjoy.
