Ingredients

  • 1 kg bottel gourd
  • 200 gms mava (reduced milk)
  • 200 gms sugar or as per your taste
  • 4 tbsp dry fruits
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp desi ghee
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  • Grate bottel gourd, remove excess water and seeds from bottel gourd. In deep pan add desi ghee,saute grated bottel gourd. Add milk and cook for 7,8 minutes on low flame.
  • Now add mava.mix well with bottle gourd.cook it for couple of minutes.in tadka pan add some ghee,once hot add dryfruits.
  • Add sugar and dry fruits.cook well.add cardamom powder.mix well.Serve and enjoy
