- Grate bottel gourd, remove excess water and seeds from bottel gourd. In deep pan add desi ghee,saute grated bottel gourd. Add milk and cook for 7,8 minutes on low flame.
- Now add mava.mix well with bottle gourd.cook it for couple of minutes.in tadka pan add some ghee,once hot add dryfruits.
- Add sugar and dry fruits.cook well.add cardamom powder.mix well.Serve and enjoy
