Ingredients

  • 6 medium onion
  • 1 Bowl ice water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn Red chili Powder
  • 1 tspn coriander Powder
  • 1 tspn black pepper Powder
  • 1 tspn coriander Powder
  • 1 tspn lemon Juice
  • 1 tspn garam Masala
  • 2 green chillies

Instructions

  • Peal onions n chopped it in round shape.
  • Remove all rings from together.. put all rings in ice water for 15 minutes.
  • Strain all water n take dry onions..
  • Added all spices n coriander leaves n Chilli in it.
  • Mix well n ready to serve.

Served with Punjabi Sabji..
