- Take urad dal soak in water for 4to 5 hours. Add methi seed also..

- Take a mixie wash your idli rice and plain rice wash it 4 to 5 times keep it separately. Do not throw the water (when it is soaked) it will have full of strength to your idli..
- Take urad dal wash it to 4to 5times. Take a ice cubes and, pour it, your grinder slowly with out adding much water add in between ice cubes slowly grind it smoothly your paste is ready check it in water in a bowl fill with a plain water add your paste urad dal. Your urad dal will float automatically. Then your batter is ready..
- Then take idli rice, and plain rice mix it and take a grinder paste and grind it in a suji, consistency and, add salt, mix the two batter with help if hand make a right hand rotation. Then keep it for in outside temperature for 4to 5 hours then your idli batter will be doubled.then your idli batter ready to steam..
- Then prepare your two vegetable (carrot) puree and dhania and pusina leaves puree add to the paste. One important point do not add much water to your puree then your idli will not come soft one.
