- Slit the green chili, remove the veins and seeds inside and chop finely.Take sabja seeds in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoon water and let it rest for 3 to 5 mins.
- It would have bloomed well forming a white viscous substance around it.You will need a shaker bottle or a water bottle with a tight lid.
- Put the lemon slice into the bottle.Add green chili, pineapple, lime juice, simple syrup, ice cubes, water and soaked sabja seeds.Close the bottle tightly and shake vigorously till its frothy.
- Pour directly into a serving glass.Serve this kulukki sarbath immediately.
