Ingredients

  • Leftovers roti or chapati 2 nos
  • Vegetables mix one bowl vertical chopped
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Sambar powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic chopped thinly
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 Egg white optional
  • Tomato ketchup 1-2 spoon
  • Oil 2-3 spoon
  • Onion thin slices vertical

Instructions

  • Cut the roti into strips keep it aside.
  • In pan add spoon of oil add onion ginger garlic salute aromatic add chopped vegetables like bean carrot cauliflower capsicum strir fry add soya sauce chilli sauce egg white or tomato ketchup mix well add sambar powder mix well then add roti strips mix well. Finally add salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes/Tips

Add salt at last to retain crunchy of vegetables.
