Ingredients

  • 4 Idiyappam
  • 2 Onion
  • Tomato1
  • 3 Green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Chilli powder1tsp
  • Curry leaf 2stick
  • Coriander leaves 2g
  • 3 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Oil

Instructions

  • Chopped all the vegetable set aside.Heat a pan and add in oil once it heat up add in onion,chilli,fry it well.
  • Then add in chopped tomatoes cook till it is fully done. Next add curry leaf,coriander leaf and mix it.
  • Now add in the masala powder Turmeric,chilli and salt give a good mix.
  • Cook for a min and then move all the contents to one corner of a kadai and now break open the eggs and stir fry it, once eggs are cooked mix everything with the masala.
  • Finally add in the cooked idiyappam and mix well. Garnish with Coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
