- Chopped all the vegetable set aside.Heat a pan and add in oil once it heat up add in onion,chilli,fry it well.
- Then add in chopped tomatoes cook till it is fully done. Next add curry leaf,coriander leaf and mix it.
- Now add in the masala powder Turmeric,chilli and salt give a good mix.
- Cook for a min and then move all the contents to one corner of a kadai and now break open the eggs and stir fry it, once eggs are cooked mix everything with the masala.
- Finally add in the cooked idiyappam and mix well. Garnish with Coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
