- Heat oil and add finely chopped onions and green chillies Saute it for 2 minutes and add ginger garlic paste Saute them till raw smell goes Then add tomatoes and saute them till mushy. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala Then add the chopped chapati and mix. Finally Garnish with finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
