Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwi - (peeled and grated)
  • 1/2 Apple - (peeled and pureed)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar -
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 2 tbsp Khoya (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 drop Green colour - gel colour
  • 3 tbsp Desccicated coconut -

Instructions

  • Strain kiwi pulp to avoid seeds.Cook kiwi juice and sugar.Add apple puree. Cook until it becomes thick.Now add milk powder,khoya and condensed milk.It will give it a nice taste.
  • Keep on stirring until it starts leaving the sides of pan.Transfer it into a plate.Leave it for 3-4 min.
  • When the mixture is slightly warm,take a small portion,make a ball and press it in the center.Coat it with desccicated coconut.Prepare all the pedas like this.
  • Your healthy yummy kiwi peda is ready to serve.
