  • Kesar, badam, khus Essence
  • Saunf, Cardamom Powder
  • Almonds
  • 100 gram Thandai Powder
  • 1 litre Milk

Instructions

  • Lets start with the Thandai paste, for that grind together khus essence, saunf, cardamom powder and almonds.
  • In a pan, boil milk and add above prepared thandai paste. Pour this mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with nuts, kesar strands and serve.
