- Grind cashews, almonds, pistachios and breqd pieces in a mixer jar.
- Grind it into a fine powder.
- Boil milk and add this mixture.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Now add cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Now add saffron strands.
- Mix well and switch off the heat, let it cool.
- When it cools down, fill into matkas.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Keep in freezer for 6 hours.
- After this take out from fridge.
- Enjoy kesar pista matka kulfi.
