- Heat ghee in a pan. Add rava, roast till aromatic. Now in another pan add water, sugar and chopped pineapple. Bring it to a boil. Sugar will melt. Pineapple will also cook well and become soft.
- Once the rava is roasted well, add the pineapple sugar syrup/water and stir continuously until the water evaporates. Add dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix again well.
- Remove in a serving bowl and garnish it with some more dry fruits.
